Qualifications & experience
Background
I graduated from the HTL technical college for mechatronics in Eisenstadt. My diploma project involved building an InMoov humanoid robot — from its mechanical and electronic systems through to the control software. Since then, I have consistently built AI and automation systems, from database-backed document extraction to today's integrations with defined permissions and complete logging.
My technical focus is connecting AI to existing databases and business processes: systems that answer specific questions using a company's own data or support recurring workflows without giving up control.
Why an owner-operated business — and why that benefits you
With AI integrations involving sensitive data, the weakest point is rarely the technology. It is gaps in accountability: systems built by a project team that no longer exists, configurations nobody fully understands, and responsibilities blurred between an agency, a subcontractor and a cloud provider.
KIKS avoids those gaps. I personally design and build every system I hand over. When you call, you speak to the person who knows every component — not a support desk that first has to investigate.
Independence
One point of contact — without creating dependency
There is a fair question when working with a sole proprietor: what happens if I am unavailable? My answer is not “that will never happen”, but an architecture and handover process designed to keep you independent:

Each system is documented in full and in a way others can follow — including not just the code, but how to operate and maintain it.
No lock-in.
You receive all access credentials, source code and documentation. Nothing is locked away, and no essential component is accessible only to me. You can operate the system yourself or hand it to another provider at any time.

Precisely because KIKS is built around one responsible person, transparency is a core principle: your ability to operate the system never depends solely on my availability.
Focus
What I work on
I build AI integrations for organisations that handle sensitive data and cannot afford uncontrolled automation. My approach is straightforward: the AI can only do what has been explicitly enabled. Emails remain drafts, documents are saved only after human review, and every step is logged. Processing follows an EU-data-location-by-design principle: systems are designed so that data does not leave the EU, while the specific data flows and assurances are assessed and agreed for each project.
These boundaries are system architecture, not marketing promises: if an action has not been enabled, the AI cannot perform it. The details are set out under Security & Compliance.

How I work
Candid assessment first
If a process cannot be automated sensibly or safely, I will say so — even if that means no implementation project.
Written down before production
Permissions, boundaries and data flows are documented before implementation, not afterwards.
Start small
One well-defined process implemented properly is better than an ambitious system nobody can fully oversee.
Stay accountable
I support live systems personally, with documented changes rather than silent adjustments.
